Whether the requirement is just a planting plan or more in depth our service covers all aspects of external design. Tree protection zones, hard landscape requirements, bin stores, lighting, ecology planting and related installations, drainage and much more.
Either pre-emptive designing to help the planning process or the resolving of planning permission conditions we have a 100% record in achieving this, 80% of which are approved on first presentation.
Examples of the type of work covered include commercial office developments and refurbishments, residential developments, listed and historic buildings, AONB sites, SSSI sites, affordable housing developments, hotels and hospitality and the education sector. The various contracts we have dealt with cover the whole of the UK and numerous authorities and bodies such as English Heritage, CADW and Scottish Natural Heritage.

From your initial enquiry dependent on the information provided an estimate will be provided.
This is broken down into site visits needed, meeting input with architects and authorities.

- Scope of works, method statements and risk assessments
- A confirmation quote is then given after the above has been assessed and agreed.
